COM Development

A Company Operations Manual (COM) is governed by the Commercial Air Service Standards (CASS). As part of the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) approval process and throughout the life of your Aviation Company, your COM must be approved initiallly, amended regularly to reflect the CASS and your company specific operational procedures.

We can write and maintain a Company specific Operation Manual for you. Any future changes; we will amend your manual accordingly and submit the changes to Transport Canada on your behalf.

If you already have an existing Company Operations Manual, we can review the manual to determine any deficiencies with respect to the CASS and the procedures you currently have. If there are deficiencies found, we can amend your COM and submit the changes to Transport Canada on your behalf.
